平素はヤサカタクシーをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
最近、ヤサカタクシーの名称や弊社ロゴ（登録商標）を無断で使用し、当社を装ってタクシーの運行受付を行う悪質な事例や、それに関連するお問い合わせが確認されております。
現在確認されている不正な予約受付の特徴は、以下の通りです。
・当社および当社提携旅行会社以外の第三者が運行受付を行っている。
・当社の運行区域外の予約となっている。
・国の認可運賃に基づかない料金が設定されている。
・案内文等に、弊社ロゴならびに名称が無断で使用されている。
これらの事案は、主に観光客や外国人の方々を標的とした悪質な詐称行為です。当社といたしましては、すでに関係機関へ通報を行っており、連携のうえ厳正に対処しております。
当社または当社の提携旅行会社への直接のお申し込み以外につきましては、当社とは一切関係がございません。また当社SNSを通した予約についても承っておりません。
上記のような当社が関知していない予約や運行において、万が一、事故やトラブル等が発生いたしましても、当社では一切の責任を負いかねますので、十分にご注意ください。

Recently, we have confirmed malicious cases and related inquiries regarding unauthorized booking services impersonating our company by illegally using the "Yasaka Taxi" name and our registered corporate logo.
The characteristics of these unauthorized bookings currently identified are as follows:
・Bookings are handled by third parties other than our company or our affiliated travel agencies.
・The bookings are for rides outside of our designated operational areas.
・Fares are set independently and do not comply with the government-approved rates.
Our corporate name and logo are used without permission in their promotional materials and guidance.
These are malicious fraudulent acts primarily targeting tourists and foreign visitors. We have already reported this matter to the relevant authorities and are cooperating with them to take strict action.
Please note that we have absolutely no affiliation with any bookings made through channels other than directly with us or our affiliated travel agencies. Furthermore, we do not accept reservations through our social media accounts.
